After a frustrating day, i just want to hide from the world and go to a happy place.
Foods i can no longer eat.
Almonds
Bananas
Beans (white, navy)
Blackberries
Cantaloupe
Cheese
Cucumbers
Eggs (white and yolk)
Lemons
Milk, Cow’s
Mustard
Oranges
Peanuts (they might kill me)
Pineapples
Yeast
Sometimes i just hate my life.
Frustrated…
All this figuring what to eat, what not to eat and when to eat it, is making me lose my appetite :/
